In the organization of the concert all high-school students and teachers of the school take part. Every year the school invites veterans of Zhovtnevy area to the concert, for which the students have been diligently prepared vocal and creative acts, paying tribute to their heroism. Veterans of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers, the children of war, and, of course, the veterans of the present war - for the freedom of Donbass, have been invited to the gala concert. The deputies of the People's Council of Lugansk Peopel's Republic - Leah Kovalenko, Denis Kolesnikov, Dmitry Khoroshilov, Nelly Zadiraka, came to congratulate them too. "Today's event - a reverence, respect and admiration of the people who were witnesses and participants of the terrible and bloody war. We are very grateful to veterans that today we, our children and future generations will be able to live normally, to express themselves and to dream about the things that are precious for them, "- said Lia Kovalenko, Chief of Staff of the People's Council of LPR. "We remember our veterans, take their example. These people gave us life, defended our right to exist as a generation. And we can not leave these unforgettable heroes ignored, since they are our honor, our pride, they gave us life, "- said during the event Denis Kolesnikov. "70 years ago the battles died down, but the events of those terrible years will forever remain in the memory of our people. The Great Patriotic War united our people in the name of one goal - victory over fascism, it aroused the highest patriotism, courage and resistance. We gratefully remember the heroism of our veterans, their courage and dedication. We must remember and honor the heroism of those, who have entered into an unequal battle with the fascist invaders, who died for the sake of the bright future of their Motherland ", - said Nelly Zadiraka.
