Suspect in park harassment is arrested again for threats Feb 28th 2014, 23:02, by Gregg K. Kakesako A 22-year-old man awaiting trial for harassing people in Manoa Valley District Park last weekend was arrested again for allegedly verbally threatening a couple at Ala Moana Center.
